Chris and Shayna
At the end of March 2023 I joined Chris and Shayna in the beautiful Scenic Rim to document their wedding day. Chris and Shayna chose an intimate celebration of their love with their two boys, parents and best friends as witness. When they asked me to document their day I had not yet started offering wedding day coverage, but given I have photographed all of their family milestones so far, including the birth of their youngest child, they insisted that I share the day with them.
I met them both at Herrmann house in Kalbar where I easily floated between the two dwellings on the property to document both Bride and Groom prep. It was a relaxed morning without the hustle and bustle of a larger wedding day timeline.
Once they had said their "I do's" we utilised the gorgeous grounds at White Chapel to document their family portraits before heading off to a private property in the region for their Bridal portraits.
When we arrived back at White Chapel we took some more images of the two of them around the gardens before settling into our stunning Black Hall table for an amazing three course dinner.
It was such a wholesome, intimate celebration and suited them to a tee.
I cannot wait to be back in the Scenic Rim photographing couples in love.
